The Grand Park Information Center is located on the north end of Winter Park in The Village at Grand Park. The Model Home is located off Old Victory Road between Winter Park and Fraser. It is the green home on the corner of Old Victory Road and Meadow Trail.

To access Grand Park from Denver, travel on I-70 west to Exit 232 toward Granby. Continue over Berthoud Pass, approximately 45 minutes, through the Town of Winter Park. The Village at Grand Park is on the west side of the main road, Highway 40.
